Arriving in Guwahati?
Guwahati airport pickup costs ₹1,000 and airport drop costs ₹1,000. Select both for ₹2,000. All handovers are available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM IST. Confirm your meeting point with our team.

Can I collect the car at Guwahati airport?
Yes. Select Guwahati Airport as your pickup or return point. Each airport handover adds ₹1,000 to the rental estimate. Confirm your flight details and meeting point with the team before travelling.
How much will I pay, including the deposit?
Your estimate is the hourly rental plus your selected pickup and return fees. The refundable security deposit is ₹2,000 for every car and is additional to the rental. Fuel is not included. Your final rental terms, including fuel, taxes, tolls, parking and any other charges, must be confirmed with the team before booking.
How much advance is needed to confirm a booking?
A booking-confirmation advance of ₹1,000 or 10% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher, is required. Sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking. Our team will confirm availability, the total booking amount and payment details before you pay.
Is there a limit on kilometres or rental time?
Kilometres are unlimited. The minimum booking duration is 24 hours, with all rentals calculated in hours. The estimator calculates partial hours by rounding up to the next hour; confirm the final billing and extension terms with the team.
What documents should I bring?
Bring your valid driving licence and a government photo ID; Aadhaar is requested for Indian guests. Confirm driver eligibility and document requirements before booking. International visitors should contact the team in advance.
Can I drive into Meghalaya or Arunachal Pradesh?
Yes. You can take your awerides self-drive car to both Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. Our team can help you understand any applicable permit requirements before your trip. Travel to Manipur is not permitted.
When is the security deposit returned?
Our stated refund timeframe is a UPI refund within six hours of the car’s return. Confirm the return inspection, any deductions and the refund terms with the team at booking.
What are the pickup and return hours?
Vehicle pickup and return, including airport handovers, are available every day from 9 AM to 9 PM IST. Choose times within this window and allow at least 24 hours between pickup and return.
What if my flight or travel plans change?
Contact the team with your revised arrival time or dates. Confirm cancellation, late-return, extension and breakdown-support arrangements before booking.
